James D. Crosby is a business litigator and trial attorney with 30 years experience. A shareholder at Klinedinst PC, a San Diego-based busines law firm, Mr. Crosby represents entities and individuals in general and complex business, commercial, intellectual property, unfair competition, securities, business tort and real property litigation in state and federal courts.
